Sustainability Services
The FreeBalance i3+qM methodology ensures that implementations of the FreeBalanceŽ Accountability Suite are sustainable by the recipient government. Sustainability is about government self-reliance: the ability to train new staff, upgrade to new versions and identify problems and resolutions with internal government resources only. FreeBalance Sustainability Services include:
Capacity Building - all FreeBalance implementations include formal training plan for civil servants and description of how capacity building will be achieved.

Capacity Enhancement - provides temporary onsite assistance by FreeBalance consultants. This service is used to assist the government roll-out of the FreeBalanceŽ Accountability Suite to additional ministries or levels of government, or to provide a small backup team to assist in adapting fiscal processes such as a move to accrual accounting or adding performance measurements in the financial and human capital software.
Product Maintenance - provides all product fixes and upgrades and manages enhancement requests.
Solution Support - provides internet and telephone support and access to a Knowledge Database of issues and resolutions.
