Press ReleasesFreeBalance Participation in the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC) Financial Management Information Systems Workshop Ottawa, Canada (October 7, 2009) - FreeBalance participated in the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC) FMIS Workshop in Belize from September 15 through 17. Public Financial Management experts shared valuable practices in good governance and information technology. Presentations from the conference are available on the CARTAC web site.FreeBalance representatives were active during workshops through twitter and posting pictures on the ICGFM photo site and the FreeBalance Customer Exchange. Many Caribbean governments face similar Public Financial Management challenges. These challenges were discussed at the CARTAC FMI conference held in Belize.
