The conference is being held from July 17-18 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The FreeBalance presentation will address lessons learned in successful implementations of Government Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS).The keynote address will be delivered jointly on July 17th at 10:25 a.m. by the President & CEO of FreeBalance (Manuel Pietra) and the company’s Vice President of Products (Doug Hadden).
