FreeBalance Participates in XIII International Congress of CLAD on State & Public Administration Reform in Argentina

Annual CLAD event draws more than 1,800 government officials from Ibero-America and the Caribbean to Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires, Argentina (November 7, 2008) - FreeBalance, a global provider of software solutions for public financial management (PFM), participated in the XIII International Congress of CLAD on State and Public Administration Reform in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 4-7, 2008. gathering more than 1,870 delegates from the region and the rest of the world. 127 panels had the opportunity to present and 520 papers were published on the topic of state and public administration reform.

The annual gathering of CLAD is an important event for governments in Ibero-America and the Caribbean, as well as other countries that can provide insight and share experiences in the field of public administration reform. Previous CLAD events have been held in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Santiago, Madrid, Panama, Lisbon, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Madrid, Isla de Margarita, and Rio de Janeiro.
