The Customer Portal enables customers from multiple time zones around the world to log support issues in the online Case Management System. Also included are News Bulletins, Service Packs, HotFixes and Documentation. The portal operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.
The Customer Portal is fully integrated within FreeBalance to provide management with reports identifying key customer priorities. This enables the Program Management Office to adjust plans to meet customer priorities. Weekly reports are generated from the Customer Portal enabling management to identify trends.
