Welcome to FreeBalance! The Customer Portal enables customers from multiple time zones around the world to get fast customer service by logging and managing Product Issues, Enhancement Requests, and Sales & Service Requests on-line. The FreeBalance Customer Portal operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.

The Customer Portal provides a wide range of news bulletins and product documentation. FreeBalance management is briefed weekly on customer issues and trends identified through the portal to be up-to-date on customer priorities. Our Program Management Office adjusts plans to meet these priorities.

NOTE: A new FreeBalance Customer Portal was launched on March 17, 2008. Registered portal users should have received a new Username & Password automatically. If you have not received your Username & Password and require access to the FreeBalance Customer Portal, please send an e-mail to Dora Villa. Your Username & Password will be sent to you within 24hrs.
